One Day Shipping!
Orders received before 8:00 am PST on a weekday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 24 hours on majority of rings, this excludes designer rings (which are gold, platinum, tantalum, some titanium and cobalt rings). 

Free Shipping
Free USPS Domestic First Class over $45.00

Prompt Shipping
We ship within one business day after payment is confirmed, Monday thru Friday. (Designer/Benchmark are excluded) We are closed Saturday/Sunday and on national holidays.

Multiple Item Orders
In most cases when you order more than one item they will ship together. We do ship from more than one location. If the items are shipped from multiple locations, they will be shipped in separate packages.

Custom Order Rings
Our Designer rings are Custom orders that currently take 5-7 business days to process before shipping. We suggest obtaining redo insurance for all custom rings.

Shipment Confirmation
Emails are sent confirming when the order has shipped. Please ensure to check spam or junk and then mark our emails as "not spam".

Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions are reported to the proper authorities.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to all orders that we ship to the state of California, as required by law. If using ShopPay they collect appropriate taxes for your state.

Shipping Time Frames
Shipping time frames are estimates only and may vary during peak mail order times, such as Christmas or natural disasters and weather. With the increase in companies' shipping, please choose your method allowing for extra time.

USPS First Class Domestic (5-9 business days) Free over $45.00 and $5.50 for orders under $45.00

USPS  (standard) Priority (3-5 business days) $12.95 for orders $79.99 and below and $15.95 for orders $80.00 and up

USPS Express (1-3 business days) $45.95 for orders $79.99 and below and $49.95 for orders $80.00 and up

International Shipping Options (not refundable)
USPS First Class (6-18 business days)

We ship to most countries. For all international orders, we only accept US-issued credit cards. Custom Duties are customers responsibility for paying customs duties on shipments. We do not collect customs duties nor are we responsible for paying them.
