Send It Over

When you're happy with your design, click Review and send us your specs. We will create an order and send over an invoice. We will also confirm everything by email and answer any questions before production starts.

Your ring is hand-crafted by Benchmark in the United States, then shipped free of charge. These rings take approximately 5-10 business days to make before shipping.

How long does a custom ring take?

Custom rings take approximately 5-10 business days after order confirmation. Complex designs with diamonds or gems may take additional time.

Can I change my design after I submit it?

Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Once we receive your design, we'll email you to confirm every detail before sending it to the workshop. That's your chance to make any final tweaks.

What metals are available?

You can build your ring in 10K, 14K, or 18K gold (yellow, white, or rose), platinum, titanium, cobalt chrome, tungsten, or tantalum.

What if I don't know my ring size?

We offer a free ring sizer mailed straight to your door, plus a size chart on our sizing guide page. If you're between sizes or have an unusually shaped finger, we suggest being professionally sized at any jeweler..

Is the price shown final?

The price displayed in the builder reflects the materials and options you've selected. If you add engraving or specialty work, that's included. Shipping is free, and there are no hidden fees at checkout.
