Exchange - Returns - Cancellation
Can I exchange or return my ring?
Absolutely! We understand there is sometimes a need to exchange or return a ring you purchased. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Rings must be unworn and in new resalable condition. Please re-use the shipping packaging we mailed your ring in, so we can all do our part for the planet.
Exchange: Easy Peasy Exchange! Just Include your order number or packing slip, write down the exchanged size needed, or new style ring you rather have it exchange for. Place all the above and ring in our packaging (or one like it) and ship back to us. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other damage. International orders include $15.95 for return shipping. Please take care of your ring when trying on and/or shipping back to us.
Custom ring return-exchange: Are accepted as well within 30 days of purchase. Follow the above directions, and if engraved/diamond there are fees that will be applicable:
1. Benchmark and Thorsten engraved rings incur $30.00 fee on returns/exchanges.
2. All Diamond rings will incur a 15% scrap fee of purchase price fee on returns/exchanges.
3. Venture engraved rings incur $45.00 fee on returns/exchanges.
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of purchase (if custom see above). Just Include your order number or packing slip. Place all the above and ring in our packaging (or one like it) and ship back to us. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other damage. So please take care of your ring when trying on and/or shipping back to us. There is a $10 restock fee on custom rings, as well as applicable fees under custom return/exchange. If engraved, fees noted above will be deducted from your refund. Shipping is not refundable.
Cancellations: On designer rings or those that used Sezzle as a form of payment will incur a 4% of purchase price cancellation fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
Custom ring re-size/replacements after 30 days:
Contact us so we may look up your order and assist you with these requests if applicable. If a replacement or resize is needed on customs rings, there may be sizing fees due and/or shipping and handling fees due.
