Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy
Can I Exchange or Return My Ring?
Absolutely! You can exchange or return your ring within 30 days of the purchase date. See the how-to below.
Standard Exchanges
- Timeframe: One-time exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: The ring must be unworn and in like-new condition.
- Process:
- If within parameters start an exchange by clicking HERE.
- Use our packaging or a similar secure option.
- International orders will be sent shipping invoices.
- Rings with scratching or dings will be rejected or fees accessed.
- Items received without authorization will be returned.
- Notifications: You’ll receive email updates and tracking info once processed.
Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: The ring must be undamaged and in original condition.
- Process:
- If within parameters start an exchange by clicking HERE.
- Include your order number/packing slip.
- Use our packaging or a similar secure option.
- Rings with scratching or dings will be rejected or fees accessed
- Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Items received without authorization will be returned.
- Notifications: You’ll receive email updates once your refund is complete.
Custom Ring Fees:

Applicable Fees for (SKU JB or JTR, JTV):
- Custom engraved rings: $30 fee
- All Custom Rings: $25 restocking fee.
- All Diamond rings: 15% scrap fee of the purchase price.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed if canceled within 4 hours of placing order.
Custom Ring Resize/Replacements (After 30 Days)
- Contact us for resizing or replacements authorization beyond 30 days.
