Can I Exchange or Return My Ring?

Absolutely! You can exchange or return your ring within 30 days of the purchase date. Authorizations are required, start the process below.


Standard Exchanges

  • Timeframe: One-time exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: The ring must be unworn and in original saleable condition.
  • Process:
  • If within the parameters above start an exchange by clicking HERE.
    1. Use our packaging or a similar secure option.
    2. International orders will be sent shipping invoices.
    3. Rings with scratching or dings will be rejected, or fees will be accessed.
    4. Items received without authorization will be returned.
  • Notifications: You’ll receive email updates and tracking info once processed.

Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: The ring must be unworn and in original saleable condition. 
  • Process:
  • If within the parameters above start an exchange by clicking HERE.
    1. Include your order number/packing slip.
    2. Use our packaging or a similar secure option.
    3. Rings with scratching or dings will be rejected or fees accessed
    4. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
    5. Items received without authorization will be returned.
  • Notifications: You’ll receive email updates once your refund is complete.

Custom Ring Fees:

  • Applicable Fees for returns/exchanges (SKU JB or JTR, JTV):
    • Custom engraved rings: $30 fee (return or exchange)
    • All Custom Rings: $25 restocking fee. (returned rings)
    • All Diamond rings: 15% scrap fee of the purchase price. (return or exchange)

Cancellations 

  • Cancellations are allowed if canceled within 4 hours of placing the order. 

Custom Ring Resize/Replacements (After 30 Days)

  • Contact us for resizing or potential replacement authorization beyond 30 days.
