Returns are accepted for any reason up to 15 business days from the delivery date.
  • Customer is responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged by shipper and must file a claim with shipper.  We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
  • Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.  We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
  • Ring must be in original package and in NEW, saleable condition.
  • When the ring is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card account or PayPal account within 5 business days.
  • Include a copy of the shipping slip which has the order number, name and address.
  • Be sure to include the ring with a note telling us the reason for the return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except on returns for defective rings.
  • Defects that are the result of improper care or maintenance are not covered under the guarantee.
