Can I exchange or return my ring?

Certainly! If you want to exchange or return your ring, no problem! You have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return it, and there's no need for a return authorization. Just make sure the ring is unused and in its original condition and within the 30 days. Help the environment by using the same packaging we sent your ring in. Please note that we don't provide return labels. 

Exchange: Quick and Simple!

We get it – sometimes you need to switch or return a ring. No worries! You have 30 days from the purchase date for exchanges or returns (no need for an RMA). Just make sure the ring is unworn and in like-new condition. 

  1. Include your order number or packing slip, along with the requested size or the new ring style you want.

  2. Put everything, including the ring, in our packaging or a similar one, and send it back to us.

We might charge a damage fee for rings with excessive scratching. For international orders, there's a $15.95 return shipping fee. Take good care of your ring during try-ons and returns. You will get notifications via email once your exchange is in process.

Custom Ring Return-Exchange:

For custom rings returned or exchanged within 30 days, follow the same steps. However, note the following fees:

  1. Benchmark (SKU starts with JB) and Thorsten (SKU starts with JTR) engraved rings incur a $30.00 fee.
  2. Custom designer rings incur a $10.00 exchange fee (SKU starts with JTR)
  3. All Diamond rings have a 15% scrap fee of the purchase price.
  4. Venture engraved rings incur a $45.00 fee.

Returns: Easy Process!

Returns are accepted within 30 days (for custom rings, see above). Include your order number or packing slip, place everything in our packaging or a similar one, and ship it back. Damaged rings may incur a fee, so handle them with care. Custom rings have a $10 or $30 restocking fee (depending on ring), and fees mentioned above for engraving/diamonds will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. You will get notifications via email once your return is in process.

Cancellations & Sezzle: Cancellation must occur prior to shipment. If you used Sezzle as your payment option, a 5% cancellation and/or return fee applies. This will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Ring Resize/Replacements After 30 Days:

Contact us for help with resizing or replacements after 30 days. Fees may apply, including sizing and shipping fees.
