Great Customer Service
I was sceptical reading several bad reviews but gave JMR a shot anyway. I did not go to a local jeweler for proper ring sizing as instructed and had to exchange the ring for a bigger size. The ring "for me" was actually true to size. The first custom engraved ring took several weeks for delivery (within the timeframe given by JMR). To speed up the process I emailed customer service, explained the situation and purchased the larger engraved ring with faster Fedex shipping before returning the first ring. Honestly, customer service was excellent! Very understanding and helpful. The I received the replacement ring within two weeks and my refund about two weeks after that. Everything is thoroughly explained in writing upfront. All time lines given for shipping and refund have been up help. You can purchase with confidence. Just read the details and be patient.
