To assist you in common questions we have outlined the answers for you below. We cover everything from shipping rates and countries to how to easily exchange or return a ring. What if I order the wrong size ring or jewelry?
We will exchange your ring for the correct size within 30 days of purchase.

Can I return a ring or jewelry?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 30 days of the date of purchase.

What warranties do you offer on your rings and jewelry?
Warranties vary based on manufacturer. But at minimum all are 30 days from manufacturer defect.

Do you share any of my information, including my email address, with anyone else? No, We respect your privacy, and when shopping with JMR, your email address is totally secure. The only information any visitor is asked to provide is used for the specific purpose of communicating with the customer and to complete the order process. This information is used and accessed solely by JMR.

Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
Complete security for customer transactions is a primary concern of ours. Your confidence in our products and services is meaningless unless you have full faith in our ability to secure all online credit card transactions. We conduct all payment transactions through Stripe, the most trusted name in online payments. Stripe uses digital authentication services and products that are specifically designed for e-commerce. Payment host encrypts all data for safe storage and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the industry-standard method for computers to communicate securely without risk of data interception, manipulation or recipient impersonation.

If I order more than one item will they ship together?
In most cases when you order multiple items they will ship together.

How do I redeem a coupon or a promo code?
After you choose a product to order, enter the code in the coupon code box listed on the checkout page. If applicable discount will reflect.

How do I know my order was received?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an order confirmation number for tracking purposes. Please check junk/spam folders as these emails may be directed there based on your settings

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the next business day. This excludes our Designer Benchmark rings, which are special order and require 5-7 business days for processing before the order is shipped. Your order will arrive based on the type of shipping you choose.

Can I order by telephone?
We encourage customers to process all orders online. This helps us to keep our prices low and continue to provide excellent customer service. If you are unable to place an order online, please call us and we will assist you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debits with visa or master card logo and apple pay

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated only on orders shipped to California.

Do you offer engraving?
Engraving is available for many of our rings, free at time of order. Fees apply if returned or exchanged.

The ring size I need is not listed. Can you order it for me?
If a ring size is not listed for a specific ring, that size is either out of stock or is not available for that particular style of ring. We cannot special order one specific size.

What types of shipping options do you offer?
We use USPS for shipping. During checkout you can choose from First Class, Priority, Express, International First Class and International Priority options.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Free USPS Domestic First Class over $45.00

Can my order be shipped to a different address than my address?
Some orders Yes. During checkout, you will be asked to provide a billing address and a shipping address. These two addresses do not have to be the same. Please note that the billing address information has to match your credit card information in order to process payment. Designer rings are subject to not permitting different address shipping.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes. Simply enter your P.O. Box information as the shipping address during checkout. Be advised Designer Express shipping orders must have a physical address.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes to most countries. During the checkout process, you can choose your country from a drop-down list at checkout.

How do I determine the ring size I need?
We suggest visiting a local jewelry store to get your ring finger sized accurately. We also offer instructions on how to determine your ring size yourself. Click on link below to view our ring sizing instructions.

What rings do you offer in large sizes?
JMR carries one of the largest selections of large size rings online, up to size 20. You can sort products by size to make it easier.

Can a ring be resized?
It depends on the metal. Gold, platinum, palladium and sterling silver can be resized. Tungsten rings and stainless steel rings cannot be resized. Titanium rings can only be made larger, not smaller. Spinner rings cannot be resized.

Do you have a location I can shop at? 
We do not have a store location, we are strictly online. This is so we can pass on as many savings as possible to you by eliminating overhead costs. Our physical address is our office, all rings are held in a secure undisclosed location for security reasons.
