Returns, Exchanges & Guarantee

Exchange Policies - Accepted within 30 days from delivery date

Non-Designer/Benchmark Ring:

  1. Customer is responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged by shipper and must file a claim with shipper. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
  2. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.
  3. Enclose a check or money order for $4.00 (US) $7.00 (International) for shipping and handling, payable to JMR.
  4. Include a copy of the shipping slip which has the order number, name and address.
  5. Be sure to include the unworn ring with instructions for the exchange.
  6. Before mailing, check our website to make sure the ring you want is in stock.

Designer/Benchmark Ring:

  1. Customer is responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged by shipper and must file a claim with shipper. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
  2. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.
  3. Enclose a check or money order for $4.00 (US) $7.00 (International) for shipping and handling. There may be difference in costs due current metal rates. Include an additional $25.00 if the ring was engraved at time of purchase, payable to JMR.
  4. Include a copy of the shipping slip which has the order number, name and address.
  5. Be sure to include the unworn ring with instructions for the exchange.
  6. Before mailing, check our website to make sure the ring you want is in stock.

Return Policies - accepted within 15 days from delivery date

Non-Designer/Benchmark:

  1. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise. (This must be approved prior to mailing).
  2. Ring must be in original package and in NEW, salable condition.
  3. Include a copy of the shipping slip which has the order number, name and address.
  4. Be sure to include the ring with a note telling us the reason for the return.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except on returns for defective rings.
  6. Customer is responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged by shipper and must file a claim with shipper. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
  7. When the ring is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card account or PayPal account within 5 business days.

Designer/Benchmark:

  1. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

Non-Designer/Benchmark Ring:

Our rings are all guaranteed for 30-days, does not include normal wear and tear (breaking of your own accord, lost or stolen items and excessive wear).

Designer/Benchmark Ring:

Lifetime re-sizing and polishing with restrictions. Every ring is different depending on engraving and metal type. Quotes can be obtained once the sizing is needed.

Sizing cannot be done until after 60-days of wear or additional fees will apply.
