5 stars hands down. The ring was just as described, and the order was shipped quickly. When we discovered that the ring was too big (our fault for requesting the wrong size), the instructions to return were easily located in the packing info. We mailed it back for a different size, and the new ring came back quickly and just as ordered. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends. Great product at a great price. Comparable to rings that retail over $250. Very comfortable and simple to keep clean.
