  DESIGNER RING EXCHANGE POLICY 
• 
  Designer rings must be registerd by the customer when the ring is received. Rings that have not been engraved can be returned to JMR for a refund or a change in style or size. Engraved rings must be returned directly to the Designer, after a 60 day waiting period from the date of receipt the of the ring. Engraved rings can only be re-sized, not changed for another style. The Designer will re-size, and then re-engrave the ring, if possible, for a charge of $40.00

  Packaging and Shipping Your Jewelry For Return to JMR

• Jewelry must be secured in a protective envelope, with bubble wrap, to guard against loss and damage, either by shipper's machinery or theft. You can also use the bubble wrap envelope that we used for shipment of the ring.
