What if I order the wrong size ring or jewelry? We will exchange your ring for the correct size within 30 days of purchase. DESIGNER RING EXCHANGE POLICY Designer rings must be registered with the Designer by the customer when the ring is received. Rings that have not been engraved can be returned to JMR for a different size or refund. Engraved rings must be returned directly to JMR, after a 60 day waiting period from the date of registration of the ring. Engraved rings can only be re-sized, not changed for another style. Do you share any of my information, including my email address, with anyone else? We respect your privacy. Your email address is totally secure. The only information any visitor is asked to provide is used to communicate with the customer and to complete the order processing. This information is used only by JMR. If I order more than one item will they ship together? In most cases when you order more than one item they will ship together. We do ship from more than one location. How do I redeem a coupon or a promo code? After you choose a product to order, enter the code in the box on the check out page for the coupon code.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are shipped next day, except weekends and holidays. This excludes our Designer rings, which are a special order and require 2 to 3 days processing before the order is shipped. Your order will arrive based on the type of shipping you choose. Can my order be shipped to a different address then my address? Yes. During checkout you will be asked to provide a Billing address and a Shipping address. These two addresses do not have to be the same. Please note that the Billing address information has to match your credit card information in order to process payment. How do I determine the ring size I need? We suggest visiting a local jewelry store to get your ring finger sized accurately. We also offer instructions on how to determine your ring size yourself. Can a ring be resized? It depends on the metal. Gold, platinum, palladium and sterling silver can be resized. Tungsten rings and stainless steel rings cannot be resized. Titanium rings can only be made larger, not smaller. Spinner rings cannot be resized.
